Goff Lighting Pty Ltd warrants our RIDABUG 'Bug Zapper' product (excluding the flourescent tube) is free of manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Subject to normal use and service this warranty applies for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase of your Ridabug and at the company's discretion, any faulty product will be repaired or replaced without charge to our valued clients.

This warranty will not apply if damage or malfunction is due to misuse, failure to be operated in accordance with supplied instructions, the unit is altered in any way, if not used on recommended current or voltage or serviced by unauthorised person(s).

Please retain your RIDABUG 'Bug Zapper' receipt as proof of purchase as this will be required when claiming warranty.
